2. Property Management and Marketing

Exclusive marketing of the property for the occupation of the property as a residential lease, with selection of the tenant's profile.

Drawing up and drafting the housing lease contract for the occupation of the property owned by the client, in accordance with the regulations in force at any given time.

Change of all supplies in the name of the tenants at the beginning and end of the lease.

Deposit of the security deposit at the Housing Institute of Madrid (IVIMA).

Act as depositary of the guarantees agreed with the tenant.

Supervise and manage the payment of the rent agreed upon in the lease contract.

Verify the departure of the tenants and ensure the return of the keys of the rented property.
