How does it work?
1. Search and select
Use our accommodation browser to find the house or room that best suits your needs. Discover its features, photos, floor plans, videos and select.
Through the filters you can select the type of accommodation or property you are most interested in, locations, size, price, etc...
Once you have selected the type of property, fill in the form with your personal data, and check that you meet the requirements of our customer profile and the type of accommodation chosen. If you meet the requirements, confirm check-in and check-out dates, read and accept the terms and conditions of the reservation and make the payment by credit card in our 100% secure payment gateway, with SSL certificate. To reserve the chosen property you must pay the amount indicated in the reservation process as a deposit. You will receive an email confirming the processing of your booking.

Tenant: NIF, NIE, Passport or ID, enrollment in school or work contract and 3 last pay slips, along with the last income tax return.
Joint guarantor (father, mother, guardian): NIF, NIE, Passport or ID, permanent work contract, 3 last payrolls or bank statement, address, e-mail and contact telephone number.
4. Confirmation of your booking
Once we receive the documentation, within 24 working hours and 72 hours on weekends and holidays, you will receive an email confirming the reservation of the accommodation, if the documentation sent has been approved. We will send you the lease contract and, if necessary, also the guarantee document for your signature. In the event that the documentation provided is not approved, you will receive a cancellation email and we will refund the full amount paid as a deposit.
The signing of the contract and handing over of the keys takes place in our offices at Pº Infanta Isabel, 23 Local 3, 28014-Madrid, from 09:00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 19:00h, Monday to Friday.
You must provide MundialRooms with your arrival information at least 72 hours in advance to be included in the agenda and to be ready at the time of check-in. Before your check-in you must have made all payments: deposit, first month's rent, agency fees and, if applicable, additional security deposit. The amount paid as a deposit at the time of booking will be deducted from the agency fees. Payments will be made by bank transfer to the account number provided by MundialRooms and proof of payment must be provided at the time of check-in.
If any tenant wishes to contract the check-in out of working hours, he/she must consult the schedules and our rates, as well as request it at least one week before the arrival date.

Rent your property without leaving home
If you prefer to visit the property before making the reservation, you can request it directly by clicking on the "Request Visit" button of the property you are interested in. Select the day and time of the visit, fill in your contact details and within a maximum of 24 working hours or 72 hours on weekends and holidays, we will confirm the visit. It is possible to request visits to more than one property.
